Rachel has a Masters of Science Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University and is a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). Rachel received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a Behavioral Science Minor from Trevecca Nazarene University, where she was also on a full athletic scholarship with the Trevecca Nazarene University Women's Basketball Team. She has counseled clients as a Master's level intern at The Refuge Center for Counseling and has a huge heart for missions. Rachel currently has her temporary license and is pursuing full licensure in the State of Colorado. She has a private practice as Rachel Bollinger Counseling, LLC. and works as a contract therapist at the Marriage and Family Clinic in Westminster, CO, specializing in Children and Adolescent care. She has served as a short-term missionary for Nehemiah's Restoration (NR) in Kenya where she has conducted In-Home Health and Living Assessments with families suffering from HIV and AIDS, built new homes for families, and taught Gender Based Violence classes for local church leaders. She is very passionate about working with children, adolescent and college age people who are struggling with a variety of concerns such as, anxiety, depression, self-harm, attachment, adjustment/transition issues, and trauma. Rachel's goal with NR will be to develop sustainable strategies and training for volunteer social workers in the field in order to meet the continued need for Mental Healthcare in the U.S. and globally.
Nick is the Co-Founder and Vice President of Nehemiah's Restoration and a coffee entrepreneur partner with his wife Lori at JunctionCoffeeOKC in Oklahoma City, OK. Nick graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Southern Nazarene University School of Theology and Ministry and is an ordained minister of the Church of the Nazarene. As a leader, trainer, and short-term missionary for Nehemiah's Restoration, Nick has made a positive impact on the people of Ethiopia, Kenya, Swaziland and Haiti. As a seasoned international traveler he has also engaged with people in Egypt, Sudan, Great Britain, Jordan, and Israel on other projects. Nick is the former Youth Pastor at Western Oaks Church of the Nazarene in Oklahoma City, OK. He enjoys engaging in ministry, by speaking with people through his business, so they might come to know "the Person of Christ" in our world today. Nick's passion with Nehemiah's Restoration (NR) is to develop new and innovated ways of engaging people with Christ through Christ-like actions and examples. Nick believes that if we can introduce Christ to people in this manner, they will come to know who Christ is as a person. Then, they will fall in love with him and faithfully engage in a personal relationship with him.
